Ethelred Estate;

Magdalen Estate;

Thorlands Estate.

The scope of services is the cleaning of:

Internal communal areas including:

Floors;

Stairwells;

Walls;

Light fittings;

Handrails;

Lifts;

Lobbies;

Entrance doors;

Door entry panels;

Windows;

Mirrors;

Bin chutes.

External estate areas including:

Litter picking;

Bin emptying;

Sweep communal pathways;

Leaf collection;

Gulley clearing;

Bulk rubbish collection;

Playground jetting;

Cleaning of sheltered schemes;

Undertaking block fire safety inspections.
