The service in question will consist in comprehensive preparation and conduct of public procurement procedures, in particular acceptance in formal and legal terms of the description of the subject of the contract, preparation of full documentation – Specification of the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", annexes, including draft provisions of the contract and on behalf of the Contracting Authority – acting as its representative – conducting proceedings regarding the deliveries planned to be carried out, and construction works in the years 2023-2025 for IHAR-PIB in Radzików.
