Project 1148703 - NTNU Campus Collection - Consultant for uncertainty management and control

Candidates can sit in either Trondheim or Oslo. The workplace must be stated in the offer letter. Travel between locations must be expected. 

Statsbygg reserves the right to award contracts to several consultants.

Start-up is 02 January 2024.

The assignment is to be the contracting authority's professional resource for uncertainty management in the project as part of the PMO/project office.

The offered person must have a high level of commitment and drive, be familiar with the role of technical manager for the area, have experience and knowledge of best practices in uncertainty and have experience from large and complex projects. 

The offered resource must have expertise in the calculating the costs of major construction projects and the industry's tools for calculation. It is preferable that the candidate has good market knowledge of the contractor's and subcontractor's work processes and pricing of input factors. Experience from a contractor with calculation and quotation processes is preferred.
