Gassnova SF would like to enter into a contract for ICT operations for 4 years, with an option for extensions that will be assessed by Gassnova every other year.

The contest will be held in two stages, with negotiations with up to the 3 best tenderers.

Gassnova would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that has good experience and flexibility to cover our needs.

The procurement process will be carried out in two stages:

Stage 1: Qualification of the maximum five best qualified/tenderers, based on the qualification criteria and selection criteria that are used if there are more than five qualified tenderers.

Attention is drawn to the fact that documentation must be submitted in accordance with BOTH the qualification criteria AND the selection criteria (reference list).

Stage 2: Up to five of the best qualified tenderers will be qualified and will have the opportunity to submit a tender. An evaluation of the tenders will then take place, based on the award criteria and a possible reduction in the number of tenderers to 3. The three best will be invited to negotiations. At the end, one contract will be awarded.
