The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street.
Detailed requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract are included in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to these specifications, i.e. in the design documentation, which includes:
1. construction project – land development project for the construction of a water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław with connections at the border of the road right-of-way, developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in November 2022,
2. detailed design of the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in November 2022,
3. construction and detailed design for the reconstruction of the pavement after works related to the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in December 2022,
4. construction and executive design of the organization of substitute traffic for the time of reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in December 2022,
5. geotechnical opinion specifying the soil and water conditions for the reconstruction of the water supply network in Białostocka Street in Wrocław prepared by the Geological and Design and Environmental Protection Services Wojciech Zawiślak in April 2022,
6. construction and detailed design – dendrological survey along with a design of greenery felling and protection developed by SAN-itariusz Mateusz Bartkowski in June 2022,
7. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the reconstruction of the water supply system in Białostocka Street in Wrocław
