Humberside Fire & Rescue Service are looking to appoint a contractor/consultant to provide a comprehensive design and project management service to assist the Service in the delivery of its planned flood rescue training facility, ‘The Ark'. The provision of such a service to include the following;— Architectural and structural design services — Mechanical and electrical design — Procurement of construction-Contract management and cost control — Project Management — CDM Co-coordinator — Building Regulations/planning approvals submission and support.
