The subject of the contract is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer and investor's supervision within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended) in the implementation of the task entitled: Modernization and renovation of the courtyards of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin in the "build" formula consisting mainly of: supervision over the construction process throughout the entire investment implementation period, reporting and giving opinions on the progress of works and the progress of the investment, coordinating, managing and continuous supervision of the construction process as well as final and final settlement of the investment.

1. The subject of the contract is to perform the function of the Contract Engineer and investor's supervision within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended) in the implementation of the task entitled: Modernization and renovation of the courtyards of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin in the "build" formula consisting mainly of: supervision over the construction process throughout the investment implementation period, reporting and giving opinions on the progress of works and the progress of the investment, coordinating, managing and continuous supervision of the construction process as well as final and final settlement of the investment.

2. A detailed description of the activities and duties of the Contract Engineer is specified in the following documents:

- Designed terms of the contract — Annex 3 to the SWZ,

- Description of the subject of the contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract, in particular on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
