The subject of the contract is the construction of a road system with technical infrastructure in Łękińsko in the area of Łąkowa Street, Północna Street, Rolnicza Street and Ustronna Street, including:

in the scope of part 1: construction of a road system with a length of approx. 1.27 km together with technical infrastructure, between Łąkowa Street and Rolna Street in Łękińsko;

in the scope of part 2: construction of a road system with a length of approx. 1.91 km, including technical infrastructure, in the area of Rolnicza Street in Łękińsko.

The scope of the contract includes:

in the scope of part 1: Construction of a road system with a length of approx. 1.27 km with technical infrastructure, between Łąkowa and Rolna streets in Łękińsko.

1) General description of the scope of works:

(a) the construction of the road system;

(b) the development of the accompanying technical infrastructure;

(c) the implementation of new road markings and road markings;

(d) the execution and implementation of temporary traffic organisation for the duration of the works;

(e) the provision of a construction office and construction facilities for the duration of the works;

(f) the supply of utilities for construction;

g) full geodetic and laboratory service of works;

h) ensuring supervision of the works by authorized persons in accordance with the Agreement;

(i) obtaining all required administrative decisions and notifications enabling the lawful use of the facility;

j) providing a guarantee and warranty for a period of 7 years from the date of final acceptance;

(k) coordination of works with parallel work for Part 2.
