The purpose of this contract is to provide high-throughput sequencing services on behalf of the Centre d'Anthropologie et de Génomique de Toulouse (CAGT) – CNRS, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the specification of special technical clauses (CCTP) n°23222.
The purpose of this contract is to provide high-throughput sequencing services on behalf of the Centre d'Anthropologie et de Génomique de Toulouse (CAGT) – CNRS, in accordance with the technical specifications defined in the specification of special technical clauses (CCTP) n°23222. Estimated frequency of benefits: on average, 4 to 12 lines of S4 sequencing (PE150) every 2 months. This frequency is not contractual and will be subject to change as the DNA in the archaeological samples analysed is preserved.
The contract is a single-contractor framework agreement (concluded with a single economic operator), executed by purchase orders only, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in accordance with Article R2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount is set at €1,000,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. The maximum amount represents a maximum that the CNRS is likely to order over the total duration of the framework agreement. The maximum amount is not binding on the CNRS. No compensation will be paid to the holder if the maximum amount of the framework agreement is not reached.
