Two-storey temporary building for three kindergarten groups.

A group consists of about 25 children.

The children are between the ages of 3 and 6 years.

Equipped with sanitary facilities, dining room with kitchen, staff rooms, bedrooms and multi-purpose rooms, technical and storage rooms.

The temporary solution is to be built in a flexible modular / container construction. The basic construction of a wooden or metal frame is to be provided with a coloured panel façade. This contains various window and door opening formats.

The service life is intended for 3-5 years.

The necessary parts of the building, as well as the technical systems, are to be planned by a general contractor and made ready for operation. The foundation and the development up to the transfer points are being prepared on site. An agreement with the client is included.

The building is to be built turnkey and ready for operation by the contractor.

According to the invitation to tender, all necessary services (planning and execution) for the construction of the building are to be offered on the basis of the funkGonal or partially radioGonal service description.
