1. The subject of the order is: "Collection from the transshipment station in m. Plaintiff and management of municipal waste from the area of municipalities – participants of the Intermunicipal Association "Obra""
2. The services being the subject of the contract should be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the SWZ together with the Annexes to the SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract includes: loading at the transshipment station in m. In the case of claim, transport to the installation and management of the following wastes:
(a) 20 03 01 Non-segregated mixed municipal waste – estimated amount of waste in the period covered by the subject of the contract approx. – 16 000 Mg;
b) 20 03 03 – Waste from cleaning streets and squares – estimated annual amount of waste in the period covered by the subject of the contract approx. – 100 Mg;
(c) 20 02 01 – Biodegradable waste – estimated amount of waste during the period covered by the subject of the contract approx. – 2 500 Mg;
d) 20 03 02 - Waste from markets approx. - 100 Mg.
