Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gem. § 43 HOAI, LPH 1-9
The client intends to carry out the following construction project: As part of the reorganization of the surface drainage on the grounds of the Bertha-von-Suttner-Schule in Geesthacht, a central underground retention and seepage rigole with a storage volume of approx. 600 m³ is to be produced in the area of the existing visitor parking lot. The precipitation water should be seeped away as completely as possible via the rigole to be planned. The existing surface drainage pipes for the school grounds are
to be connected to the new rigole to be produced. The pipe stock in the area of the parking lot must be rearranged and the drainage connected to the rigole. Currently, the surface drainage for the extension is being produced as an interim solution with the connection to the existing pipeline network. Parts of this work are expected to be carried out at the same time as the production of the rigoles to be planned. The structural implementation must take place and be completed in the summer holidays of 2023.
The estimated construction costs for cost groups 500 are € 580,000 net.
The subject of the award is the following service profile:
- Object planning of civil engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI, LPH 1-9 including special services.
To this end, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the aforementioned performance profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
