The contract consists of renovation and reconstruction of student apartment buildings as well as extensive management replacement and land planning. Studentgatan 4, 8 and 12 were built around 1971 and are in need of extensive renovation and replacement of technical installations. The renovation also entails extensive pipe replacement of the entire media package in the ground. Studentgatan 4 is being renovated according to a lighter concept where we keep the corridor rooms with associated communal kitchen, while some rooms are converted to become their own apartments with their own kitchen. Studentgatan 8, 12, 14 and 16 are being converted into separate apartments. Total number of apartments after renovation / rebuilding about 177 for all 5 houses.
