The two companies from Norlys can each draw on the Agreements as needed. Norlys Holding A/S is responsible for the organisation and execution of the tender, and the Agreements are entered into by all three companies. From the start of the agreement, it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S and N1 A/S that draw on the agreements. Due to planned system and organizational changes during the agreement period, it is expected that it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S that will draw on the agreement on behalf of both companies in the long term.
