The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a set of public works contracts for the completion of an internal restructuring operation of the “Ponant 1” building.

The works include in general and not limited to:

- demolition and removal of various structures (lining, partition, floor, etc.),

- openings with or without underpinning,

- opening sentences,

- core samples,

- lean concrete fillings,

- work in staggered hours,

- the various works prescribed in this document.

The work of this lot generally includes:

- revision of existing structures,

- anti-corrosion treatment,

- adaptation and extension of handrails,

- the guide bar on the ground,

- the removal of the elements to be replaced,

- glass assemblies and doors,

- the various according to description.

The work of this lot includes the supply and installation, in general, of:

- removal of existing doors,

- laminated interior doors, plain and fire-rated,

- facades and fittings of cupboards, furniture,

- work plans,

- facades of technical ducts,

- wooden cladding panels,

- the various recoveries, fittings, adaptation of existing wooden elements,

- inspection hatches,

- baseboards,

- various according to description.

The work of this lot generally includes:

- preparatory work (removal, demolition, recovery, opening modifications, etc.),

- thermal linings,

- fixed and removable plaster partitions,

- false ceilings,

- folding blinds,

- various works described in this document.

The work of this lot generally includes:

- leveling compounds,

- carpets and rugs,

- flexible PVC floors,

- tiled floors,

- earthenware,

- commissioning cleaning,

- various according to description.

The maintenance, upkeep and testing of installation and equipment, plumbing, sanitation, etc.

The work of this lot aims to define the necessary works concerning the installations:

- normal lighting,

- security lighting,

- household power sockets,

- office workstation,

- the fire safety system.

The work to be performed by the contractor will include: supply, transport to the site, installation and adjustment of all devices and components (even if they are not expressly provided for in this document ) which will be necessary for the complete installation in accordance with the rules of the art and in such a way that there are no omissions.

The work of this lot includes the supply and installation, in general, of:

- the protection of existing floors and structures,

- the preparations,

- ceiling paintings,

- the paintings of the interior walls,

- painting of woodwork and interior metalwork,

- cleaning of the canopy,

- various according to description.
