Description:

The purpose of this call for tenders is to acquire a translation management software system to replace the workflow management system currently in use, which has become obsolete, while adding new functionality and features which have become essential. The call for tenders concerns the provision of a translation management software system and its installation, configuration and customisation, the provision of all necessary documentation, and the provision of related services including system maintenance and support for the duration of the contract, consultancy (including further customisation), and training for the necessary profiles (system administrators, in-house trainers and support staff).



The licence must allow for access to the translation management system by at least 500 named users.

The section of the contract relating to the provision, installation and initial configuration of the software shall be valid only for an initial term of 2 years.

The section of the contract relating to the provision of maintenance and support, training, consultancy (including customisation) valid for an initial term of 2 years, shall be renewable 8 times, each time for a period of 12 months.
