The overall objective of the call is to purchase the services of a contractor to provide a set of support services for the implementation of the 2020 Council Recommendation on VET, in particular the implementation of the EQAVET framework with a specific focus on graduate tracking, supporting the principle that VET should be flexible and modularised. The Commission is responsible for the coordination of the overall implementation of the objectives defined in the relevant Council Recommendations. The contractor will be asked to cooperate, under the supervision of the Commission, with the relevant stakeholder groups such as the ACVT, Directors General for Vocational Training (DGVT) and relevant expert groups.
