Establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the Municipality of BojanowoThe subject of the contract will be implemented in particular by:
1. the creation of a PSZOK in keeping with the conditions laid down in the order description;
2. the operation of the PSZOK, including the collection and temporary storage of selectively collected municipal waste supplied by the owners of the property covered by the municipal waste management system in the Municipal Union of Municipalities of the Leszczyński Region (hereinafter KZGRL or the Union) with preserving the conditions laid down in the order description;
3. transport and management of waste collected in PSZOK to municipal installations or waste recovery or disposal installations in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), subject to the conditions set out in the further part of the contract description.
The Contractor shall be obliged to have lawful authorisations and permits required for the performance of the service to set up, operate the PSZOK and transport and use the waste accumulated.
The Contractor shall comply with the principles of environmental law, the Waste Act, the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities and their implementing acts, and to comply with the provisions of the Waste Transport Law.
