The purpose of this consultation is to implement a pension insurance contract signed by Grand Lyon Habitat for all its staff under the OPH Statute (staff not covered by the Statute of the Territorial Civil Servance/Decree No 2011-636 of 8.6.2011).

The aforementioned services are the subject of a single lot.

The framework agreement will take effect from 1.1.2022 (12:00 a.m.) and will end on 31.12.2022 at midnight, for a firm period of one (1) year. It may be renewed tacitly by decision of Grand Lyon Habitat three (3) times for a period of one (1) year, or a maximum duration of four (4) years.

A framework agreement at reviewable unit prices will be awarded to a single company or a grouping.

In the event of a group of companies, the form of grouping imposed by Grand Lyon Habitat for the development of the market will be that of the solidarity grouping.
