1. The subject of the contract are the emission of advertising spots, assembly and production of the spot, preparation and emission of native articles on the Internet, preparation and implementation of mailings and advertising in the search engine. The planned activities will inform about the possibilities of support offered by the Regional Operational Programme of the Malopolska Region and the European Funds programme for Małopolska 2021-2027, m.in about calls for proposals and current events related to the implementation of programmes.

The subject of the contract are the emission of advertising spots, assembly and production of the spot, preparation and emission of native articles on the Internet, preparation and implementation of mailings and advertising in the search engine. The planned activities will inform about the possibilities of support offered by the Regional Operational Programme of the Malopolska Region and the European Funds programme for Małopolska 2021-2027, m.in about calls for proposals and current events related to the implementation of programmes.

2. The Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ, which is also Appendix No. 1 to the contract.

3. The terms of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract – the model contract, which is attached as Annex 1C to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party has specified the conditions for the transfer of intellectual property rights in the model contract Annex 1C to swz.

5. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.

6. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union from the regional program European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027.

7. Designation according to CPV: 79341400-0 Advertising campaign services.

8. The Ordering Party intends to allocate PLN 376,872.00 gross to finance the contract.
