The B1d building "Rungis Event" is a multipurpose room of 1,747 m² of floor, located in the Rungis International Market, with a maximum capacity of 1,500 people according to fire regulations, classified 2nd category ERP, dedicated to the animation and promotion of events. It was completely renovated in 2020.

The purpose of the contract is the operation, operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of the building's technical equipment and installations on the following services: HVAC, plumbing, electricity, CFO-CFA, fire safety, cleaning, waste management, locksmithing, sectional doors.

The maintenance package also includes:

- An on-call service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week outside of events,

- Repairs whose unit cost of purchasing parts is less than €800 excluding VAT (margin and supplier discount deducted); labour is already included in the package.

This contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders for:

- The provision of staff during the course of events and events,

- Repairs whose unit cost of purchasing parts is greater than 800 € HT (margin and supplier discount deducted); In the context of these repairs, this contract does not confer exclusivity on the Holder.

The maximum amount of orders that can be placed under the Unit Price Schedule is € 50,000 HT / year.
