The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for office, basement, sanitary, kitchen and communication routes of the Property Management Plant in the Mokotów district of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw with a total area of 4 779 m 2 including 1 138 m in the basement level 2 . The subject of the contract is to be provided in 8 (eight) locations.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts in accordance with art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The contractor is to employ persons performing the contract on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code.
