Sastamala's Food and Cleaning Service Ltd's tender request concerns the purchase of food products.
Servi provides catering services to Sastamala City schools, day care centers, nursing homes, home meal customers, lunch restaurant customers and Tays Sastamala patients. Hopunkallio's production kitchen is the largest kitchen with an output of around 3,500 lunches on weekdays. The kitchen serves meals for all customer groups. The Hopunkallio kitchen is supplied with a bulk load every weekday and during the long holidays (Easter, Christmas) one) 1) load. There are a total of 20 other drop targets, as shown in the appendix to the invitation to tender.
The purchase period is February 1, 2019.-28.2.2022 + one (1) + one (1) + one (1) year options.
The procurement covers dairy and dairy products, dry foods, industrial products, frozen foods, bakery products, meat, meat products and ready-to-eat foods, as well as non-food and Hopunkallio, Sylvää and Upper Marttila kitchens with the exception of potatoes, roots, fruits, vegetables. Logistics costs are included in the prices. The delivery rhythm is 48 h. Hevi products and fresh bakery products for all destinations are competed separately for Hopunkallio production kitchen, the kitchen of Sylvää and upper secondary school Marttila.
The Excel attachments contain the destinations (Annex 1), the product quality requirements (Annex 2), the Heart Badge (Annex 3) and the products to be tested (Annex 4).
The Subscriber reserves the right, for justified reasons, to place orders from outside selected Contractors within the procurement limits of the Procurement Act. Such reasons include: the supplier is unable to supply the required products, eg for an unexpected urgent need, whether it is a special, seasonal or seasonal product or for minor and occasional needs. Related products are also procured as planned within the framework of the Procurement Act.
