This tender relates to audit services to the Housing Office Aarhus.

Contracting entities provide its need for statutory audits, including audit of accounts and management audits under the relevant legislation, audit of building accounts and additional services relating to side activities, social projects and special reports to a housing organisation to government agencies, as well as other related ad hoc advice.

Contracting entities have chosen not to offer separate subagreements. Contracting entities have estimated, based on economic conditions, that more favourable prices can be achieved with a total agreement. For the sake of the quality and consistency of the overall task offered, it is considered appropriate that one Comprehensive Contract, just as a breakdown, on a market basis, is not considered to allow additional undertakings — including SMEs — to make offers.
