Vefsn municipality (henceforth referred as the Contracting Authority or Builder) invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding an assignment as an engineering design group, including engineering design manager, architect, consulting engineers. The contract involves complete engineering design of Andås nursery school.

The contract involves engineering design services in relation to the construction of a 6-department nursery school for 108 children (big children equivalents). The gross area of the building is approx. 1 000 m2, as well as a necessary area for outdoor sheds (storage/prams storage). The nursery school shall be constructed at Andåsen in Mosjøen.

The engineering design group shall include the following disciplines:

PGL Engineering design group manager;

ARK Architect, including: RIBr Consulting engineer fire engineering, Lark Landscape architect and

— RIaku — Consulting engineer Acoustics;

RIB: Consulting Engineer building engineering;

RIV — Consultant engineer for HVAC;

RIE: Consulting Engineer, Electro engineering;

RIG Consulting engineer geo engineering.
