For the operation of the service desk in the IT center, the AG needs support.
The support services include the acceptance of reports by e-mail or telephone and their initial solution attempt and as well as entry into the Trouble Ticket System of the AG. Furthermore, users will be given initial assistance in solving problems with Windows 10 or Citrix Terminal Services and in the Office 2016 environment.
The service shall only be provided by a single person of the Contractor.
