This consultation concerns the carrying out of rehabilitation work on a building complex made up of a single building broken down into four entrances serving 24 social collective housing located from 19 to 25 Impasse des Tramways in Angerville (91670).

The description of the works and their technical specifications are given in the technical documents and the program note attached to the DCE. The market is allotted in three technical lots:

- lot 1 - joinery - covers;

- lot 2 - Controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV);

- lot 3 - electricity.

Market lots are not broken down into optional installments. The overall timeframe for completion of the operation is estimated at twelve months, excluding the period of guarantee of perfect completion.

The site visit is compulsory for all lots, under the conditions defined in the consultation regulations. Optional variants are not authorized and the contracting authority does not impose the costing of any mandatory variant.

Lot 1 of the market concerns the realization of joinery work - roofing. Lot 2 concerns the realization of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) works.
