The contract opportunity includes the South Derbyshire District Council Operating Contract (the Contract) which comprises the following leisure centres:

• Green Bank Leisure Centre, Swadlincote – main and teaching pool site with sports hall, fitness and climbing centre (in separate building)
• Etwall Leisure Centre, Etwall, a joint use centre, with main and teaching pools, sports hall, fitness, squash and with outdoor 3G.
