the market consists in supplying, installing and commissioning a plastic film suction unit at the SMEVOM sorting center in Digoin on a multi-material flow in ECT
Since 2009, SMEVOM (presentation: https://www.smevom.fr) has had its own sorting center located on a plot of 16,000 square meters in the Ligerval area of Digoin. Its capacity is 12,000 t/year. Members of SMEVOM and SMEVOM have decided to extend sorting instructions (Ect) throughout the territory of SMEVOM by January 1, 2023. Feedback shows that switching to ECT leads to the increased presence of plastic films of all kinds in selectively collected multi-material recyclable waste. This is why the SMEVOM has decided to install on the sorting line a suction unit for plastic films and bags. The objective is threefold: 1-optimize the capture rate of films with a reduced number of sorters; 2- ensure that the sorters are not hindered by the films for positive sorting; 3- respect the PTMs of the materials sorted in negative, despite the remaining films.
The definition of SMEVOM needs reflected in the CCP follows studies conducted in consultation with Citeo.
