Definition of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the preparation, implementation and provision of exhibition stands organized at international tourism fairs and the meetings industry as well as promoting the health services sector in 2020-2022. The order is divided into lots:
Part 1: Performance and provision of Polish National Stands organized at international tourism fairs and the meetings industry.
Part 2: Preparation of the concept of two designs for the construction of the Polish Stand (PS), promoting the health services sector, and then implementation of the construction in accordance with the developed projects.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is, respectively, Annex 1a and 1b to the ToR.
The subject of the order is:
1. Implementation and making available in accordance with the attached project - Variants A, B, C and D (Annex 1 to OPZ), Polish national stands (PSN) at international tourist fairs and the meetings industry. The application of the variant depends on the size of the area according to the list of trade fairs (Annex 2 to OPZ).
2. Adaptation of the Polish National Stand design to individual stands organized at international tourist fairs listed in the abovementioned list. Each time preparing complete documentation for individual stands, which will consist of:
a) Preparation of a general stand plan divided into exhibitors (stand plan and stand plan with location in the hall),
b) Preparation of visualization of the stand containing the stand plan with all elements and graphics set,
c) Preparation of complete technical documentation for individual stands in accordance with the requirements of trade fair organizers,
d) Preparation of detailed position plans for individual exhibitors (with marked functions, counters, places for photograms, inscriptions on friezes),
e) Development of detailed technical drawings of the POT information counter, exhibitors' counters, frames and fixings for large format prints and photos, detailed drawings of other elements, inscriptions and graphics of the stand,
f) Preparation of detailed technical drawings of the magazine for folders - back room, kitchen facilities, stages, multimedia points and other places if such are planned at a given fair,
g) Preparation of a quantitative list and assortment of live / artificial plants and pots to decorate the entire Polish stand, for the approval of the Employer. The list of plants and pots is included in the technical specification of the stand.
