The municipality of Aldingen intends to build a medical center on Schuraer Straße on a property close to the center.

The aim of the construction project is to offer and secure an attractive location for medical health professionals in the community.

The rooms are to be rented out, taking into account that the requirements of future users should be taken into account as early as the planning phase in order to meet the different requirements.

The plot is suitable for 3-4 storey development and remains the property of the municipality even after the project with the building has been implemented.

The municipality is a public client within the meaning of Section 99 GWB and is bound by the Vob/VGV or the GWB.
