The consultation is made by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of the article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the code of the public order. Volume of the order for the firm duration of the contract: mini: the minimum amount of the contract is constituted by the flat rate of the regular services appearing on the DPGF. Maximum: the maximum amount of the contract will not exceed 4 times the minimum amount of the contract.
