The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection, transport, collection and/or management of waste with the following codes: 19 05 99 – other non-listed waste (stabilizate), and 19 05 03 – compost not meeting the requirements (unusable), classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) in one of the recovery processes R1 – R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) in the total amount of 7 500 Mg.

Part 1 of the contract for the collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 05 99 – other unreplaced waste (stabilizate) in the amount of 2000 Mg in one of the recovery processes: R1-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) (basic order).

Part 3 of the contract for the collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 05 99 – other non-listed waste (stabilizate) in the amount of 2000 Mg in one of the recovery processes: R1-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) (basic order).
