The subject of the contract is the successive sale and delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes in the estimated total amount of 165 m3 to boiler rooms used by the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive sale and delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes in the estimated total amount of 165 m3 to boiler rooms used by the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław.

2. The Ordering Party indicates below the place of delivery of light fuel oil and the capacity of the boiler room:

1) facility at 31 Karmelkowa Street in Wrocław – 10,000 liters,

2) facility at 127 Kościuszki Street in Wrocław – 5 500 liters,

3) facility at 50 Pątnowska Street in Legnica – 20,000 liters,

4) facility at 63 Ludowej Street in Wałbrzych – 6,000 liters,

5) facility at 23 Kolejowa Street in Nowa Ruda – 6,000 litres,

6) facility at 1 Białowieska Street in Wrocław – 5 625 liters.

3. Deliveries of heating oil will be carried out successively, according to the needs of the Ordering Party.

4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase heating oil in the following quantities:

1. quantities less than estimated by 30 % in relation to the quantities indicated in paragraph 1,

2) greater than the estimated quantities indicated in paragraph 1, provided that the maximum value of the contract concluded with the selected Contractor is not exceeded.

5. The supplied heating oil must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements for sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008).

6. The supplied heating oil must also meet the parameters of the applicable quality standard Petroleum products – fuel oils: PN-C 96024 in the scope of light fuel oil grade L1:

1) calorific value min. 42,6 MJ/kg,

2) density at 15 oC – max 860 kg/m3,

3) flash point – min + 56 oC,

4) colour – red,

5) sulphur content – max 0.1%.

7. The Contractor shall deliver heating oil by means of transport equipped

in a legalized measuring instrument for filling and emptying a tank (legalization of measuring devices from the Office of Measures).

8. The Contractor's tanks shall have fuel flow meters with a valid legalisation certificate. The amount of fuel indicated on the flow meter meter will be the amount delivered to the Ordering Party.

9. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described

in this SWZ and the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
