Production and delivery of 500,000 natural cotton bags with two short carrying handles according to natural cotton bags specified below (Lesestart-1 pockets) with 9-colour printing, size approx. 23 cm (width) x 26 cm (height), deviation may not exceed +/- 1 cm, with two short, yellow (like Pantone 121 C) carrying handles (visible length: approx. 25 cm, width approx. 2 cm), 100% GOTS-certified cotton cretonne approx. 135 g/m², to a central, yet to be named location in Germany (presumably in postcode area 55***).
The contractor has to provide the following services:
Design: one-sided 9-colour direct printing (printing surface/size approx. 18 x 18 cm).

Cotton bags nature; one-sided printing of the motif with 9 colors:

3. Yellow (incl. grid)
4. Dark blue
5. Dark green
6. Green (incl. grid)
7. Magenta (incl. grid)

Printing:
The cotton bags are printed in the direct printing process with water-soluble pigment inks, namely in the textile screen printing process. Manual production (table printing, plastisols or rotary printing) is not permitted.
Label:
The finished bags must be provided with a sewn-in label containing the following information: marketing address, fabric type/composition, care instructions, Ökotex logo, GOTS logo
delivery
Delivery shall be made free domicile uniformly to a central location (presumably in postcode area 55***) in Germany, which will be communicated to the bidder in good time - i.e. at least eight weeks before delivery. Delivery takes place between 01.07.2023 and 15.09.2023 at the latest. Partial deliveries are possible (e.g. 300,000 pieces on 30.07.23 and 200,000 pieces on 01.09.23), but must be closely coordinated with the Client. A delayed delivery leads to claims of the Client, which are defined in point 5 of the offer letter of this tender.
The waste for production must be calculated in such a way that underdelivery is excluded by 100%. A maximum overproduction of 1% is accepted. Furthermore, the production times must be planned in such a way that possible disturbances, such as climatic downtimes, delays in transport, etc. are taken into account.

3 Data
Reproducible motif data will be transmitted as a VECTOR graphic (or .PDF file) by the client (hereinafter referred to as AG) by e-mail.
4 Corrections
Digital correction is transmitted by the contractor; Release takes place after examination of a failure/proof sample. The AG receives ten copies of this.
5. Printing process
The cotton bags are printed in the direct printing process with water-soluble pigment inks, namely in the textile screen printing process. Manual production (table printing, plastisols or rotary printing) is not permitted.

The delivery must be comprehensible for the Client, for this the contractor provides a tracking number when the goods are dispatched.
The goods must be made available on standardised Euro pallets. The following conditions must be observed (see also delivery conditions in the document):
- Size 1.200 x 800 mm, max. weight incl. pallet 800 kg, max. height incl. pallet 1.400 mm
- No protrusion (incl. the securing material), transport protection against slipping by metal or plastic tapes, protective film as outer packaging per pallet, marking of each pallet with quantity, article number, article description and print status
- Quantities on the pallets: quantity per pallet, total quantity of delivery and total number of pallets.
- Items packed in cardboard boxes or other handy containers (e.g. packs in foil).
- Offset orientation per position.
PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING REQUIREMENTS
Products from abroad must be manufactured in compliance with the core labor standards of the International Labor Organization. Only products that are manufactured without exploitative child labor within the meaning of ILO Convention 182 on the worst forms of child labor or products whose manufacturers or sellers have actively introduced targeted measures to get out of exploitative child labor are taken into account. For products that have been manufactured or processed in Asia, Africa or Latin America, this must be proven by certification by an independent organization or a corresponding self-commitment / self-declaration.
The GOTS certification of the bidder and the production company of the bags as well as Oeko-Tex certification and labeling (on the label) of the cotton fabric used (Oeko-Tex logo and GOTS logo in accordance with the applicable requirements) is also required.
