A market consultation took place prior to this tendering procedure. During this market consultation, it became clear from the various demonstrations presented that different solutions for a new Library Services platform & Library Discovery services can be offered for the needs of TU Delft. As a result, TU Delft has opted for a competition-oriented dialogue procedure in order to be able to enter into dialogue with selected parties about the design and/or innovative solutions.

The objective of the tender procedure is to conclude an agreement with one supplier for Library Services platform & Library Discovery services by awarding the contract.
