Short description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the preparation of expertise

For the purpose of supplementing the state of knowledge for conservation objects in the Natura 2000 Bory Tucholskie PLB220009 within the borders of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodship - in the following bird species: bittern Ixobrychus minutus (breeding population), hairy Aegolius funereus (breeding population), Little Grebe Tachybaptus ruficollis ), Greylag Anser Anser (breeding population), Gadwall Anas strepera (breeding population), Teal Anas crecca (breeding population), Garganey Anas querquedula (breeding population), Squeaky wader Actitis hypoleucos (breeding population), Crane Grus grus (migratory population) , Mute Swan Cygnus olor (wintering population), Whooper Swan Cygnus cygnus (migrating and wintering populations).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

1. The scope of work under the subject of the contract

Conducting field research - inventory to supplement the state of knowledge about the following subjects of protection:

a. bittern Ixobrychus minutus (breeding population);

b. hairy Aegolius funereus (breeding population);

c. Grebe Tachybaptus ruficollis (breeding population);

d. greylag Anser anser (breeding population);

e. Anas strepera (breeding population);

f. Teal Anas crecca (breeding population);

g. garganey Anas querquedula (breeding population);

h. high-blooded wader Actitis hypoleucos (breeding population);

i. Grus grus crane (migrating population);

j. mute swan Cygnus olor (wintering population);

Whooper swan Cygnus cygnus (migrating and wintering populations).

Additional information:

2. The Awarding Entity, before awarding the contract, will call the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest to submit within a specified period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submitting the statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act:

1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 item 13, 14 and 21 of the Act and, regarding conviction for an offense to imprisonment, to the extent specified by the Employer pursuant to Art. 24 paragraph 5 points 5 and 6 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders or requests to participate;

2) the Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision regarding late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions, or - in the event of such a judgment or decision being issued - documents confirming the payment of such receivables with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these debts (template - Annex 9 to the ToR);

3) the Contractor's statement of the lack of a decision against him as a preventive measure forbidding public procurement (template - Annex 10 to the ToR);

4) an excerpt from the relevant register or from the central register and information on economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or register, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 point 1 of the Act;

5) a list of services rendered, and in the case of periodic or continuous services also performed, to the extent necessary to demonstrate fulfillment of the condition of participation in the procedure in the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - in this period, in accordance with a template constituting Annex 5 to the SWIZ together with information on their value, subject, dates of implementation and entities for which the services were performed.

The list should be accompanied by evidence confirming that the services have been performed or are being performed properly. The evidence referred to above are references or other documents issued by the entity to whose benefit the services have been performed, in the case of periodic or continuous services, and in the case of periodic or continuous services are performed. In the event that, for reasons of an objective nature, the Contractor is unable to obtain these documents, the Contractor's statement. The above documents with respect to periodic or continuous services still performed should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders;

6) a list of persons who will participate in the performance of the contract, in particular those responsible for the provision of services, together with information on their professional qualifications, experience and education necessary to perform the contract, as well as the scope of their activities, and information on the basis for their disposal persons - made according to the model constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
