The contracting authority requires access to expert engineering competence, which can give advice in all disciplines in construction projects. Service providers are therefore wanted who can offer persons who are best qualified cover this need.
A framework agreement shall be signed in order to get access to engineering resources for the following assignments:
Planning and engineering design of:
— port area and roads, including OV-system, lighting in terminal areas, roads and spaces, establishment of pipelines for drawing electricity and signal cables, security assessments and proposals for measures in accordance with the ISPS rules and other relevant international and national laws/regulations/recommendations and rules, fencing and security, preparation of signage and marking plans etc.;
— construction and site work, including quay constructions. Competence must be offered in all the relevant disciplines (geotechniques, polluted ground/sediments, all construction professions);
— transformer stations with the accompanying equipment in accordance with the norms and requirements;
— high voltage, including electricity in stacker cranes and container cranes in accordance with the current norms and requirements;
— low voltage for boards in accordance with the norms and requirements;
— ROS, assistance with ROS analysis processes.
