1. The contract has as its object the following activities to be carried out in the municipal cemeteries of La Spezia (Cimitero Urbano dei Boschetti, Pieve di San Venerio, Isola, Pitelli, Pieve di Marinasco, Campiglia, Biassa, Marola, Fabiano, Cadimare):

a. cemetery operations,

b. cleanliness,

c. custody and surveillance, also in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 285/1990,

d. building maintenance of all municipal cemeteries and related buildings,

e. maintenance of greenery with reference to cutting grass, hedges and small plants,

f. ordinary maintenance of votive light systems and connection of new supplies,

g. collection, transport and disposal of cemetery waste.

h. cremations and related operations (up to the award of the cremation plant to the company awarded the project finance procedure).

The contract has a two-year and renewable duration. Social clause provided. The management of the cremation plant is entrusted until the award of the dedicated project financing.
