KIV Thuringia intends to conclude a framework agreement for the shareholders of KIV Thüringen GmbH on a long-term partnership to obtain a specialist “tourism/electronic registration certificate” procedure.
The framework agreement should enable the needs-based retrieval of a web-based system in the area of tourism and electronic registration ticket management, care services as well as supplementary services and delivery services for use by KIV and end users without establishing an acceptance obligation. Authorized end users from the framework agreement are the cities, municipalities and
districts in Thuringia as well as their respective institutions and associations (e.g. special purpose associations, working groups and other forms of municipal cooperation).
The operation takes place in the contractor's data center. The use by end users should be done via remote access (software as a service, application service providing (ASP)). Depending on requirements, the tourism software must also be able to be installed, operated in the KIV data center and made available to a licensed extent for use by end users for a fee by means of remote access (software as a service, ASP). A connection to the most common specialist processes in the area of finance, both in centralized and decentralized execution, must be guaranteed.
