The cath. The parish of St. Peter and Paul - Marburg (client) and the Bishopric of Fulda are planning to build a new community center with the reconstruction of the church on the Biegenstraße 18 property in Marburg.

The planned community centre is to become a house of culture and encounter. It bundles various diocesan activities and also makes an important municipal contribution with the KITA. It should be a place of learning, prayer, life, and work. The integrated daycare center, which is to become a safe place for about 75 children, is funded proportionately by the city of Marburg. This will be realized in level -1, where 3 groups are to be created.

The contract is to be awarded for the production of a "natural stone slab façade" for the construction of a new community center with conversion of the church for the Catholic parish of St. Peter and Paul at Biegestraße 18 in Marburg.
