The assignment concerns the realization of the hull for the new construction of the Joint Research Center Zeeland in Middelburg. In addition to the body, other components such as: the outer skin / facade - the building-related installations - the process installations and the finishing will be put out to tender separately via separate procedures.

The Joint Research Center comprises the new building for research laboratories, lab rooms and general education with a total size of approximately 4 300 m 2 bvo.
