Mjölby municipality is planning for a new 3 parallel F-6 school with associated full-size divisible sports hall, preparation kitchen and outdoor environment. The school is dimensioned for 630 pupils. The school and sports hall will be built in accordance with IG Passive House Classic.

The project consists of two main buildings – a school and a sports hall. The school will be built on three floors and will consist mainly of basic rooms, study areas, group rooms, special rooms, a dining room, a preparation kitchen and a staff department. The external environment consists of new ground planning including play environment, stormwater reservoir, grease trap, reserve water, storage buildings and loading dock, etc. The sports hall consists of a sports room, changing rooms and training facilities, etc.

The project is a turnkey contract. The Client has chosen to carry out the Contract with increased collaboration.
