The requirement of this tender is to provide a framework of suitably skilled and qualified contractors capable of undertaking the blasting and lining of the depots oil storage tanks under the control of the OPA, therefore maintaining our current stock of F44 and F76 grade fuel and ship sullage water tanks.

The tenderer shall be required to provide all such safety precautions as would be required to undertake this operation.

This framework tender is being undertaken to provide a source of qualified contractors who are capable of carrying out the blasting and subsequent lining of oil storage tanks under the control of the OPA (both above ground and underground) that are sited at various locations in the United Kingdom for the duration of the agreement.
