Aalborg Utility offers a Framework Agreement concerning PE pipes, PE fittings and other parts for Aalborg Vand A/S, Aalborg Bygas A/S and Aalborg Kloak A/S. The tender for this Framework Agreement is carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 47 of the Utilities Directive.

The present tender concerns one Framework Agreement for the supply of PE pipes, fittings and other parts, etc. for use in Aalborg Utility's operations in the gas and water supply and wastewater area.

For the calculation of the value of the framework agreement, see point II.2.14).

Please note that the Ordering Entity is NOT obliged to purchase the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Entity reserves the right to award the Framework Agreement on the basis of the first initial offer without any negotiation. Similarly, the Ordering Entity reserves the right to hold a further round of negotiations than the one expected round.
