The assignment of the insurance services of the Municipality of Massa will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree. 18 April 2016, n. 50 - Code of public contracts, through the use of the telematic platform of the Municipality of Massa "Portale Appalti".

The contract is divided into the following 8 functional lots:
