This procurement aims to meet the National Antiquities Office's need for resource consultants for digital development of the cultural heritage area as a resource enhancement to contribute with the knowledge, methods and technical solutions for digitization that are developed in the cultural heritage work in eight tender areas, which are described in more detail in the procurement documents. Examples of areas are digital strategy and evaluation, design facilitation and innovation, web experiences based on digital interactive elements in physical exhibitions, immersive technologies and experiences, 3D capture and multisensory experiences, knowledge of collections management systems, digitization of cultural heritage collections and gamification.

In this procurement, resource consultancy service means that the consultant reinforces the buyer in ongoing work, in a certain project or for a specific assignment, which is run by the buyer. The consultant's role is to add resources or skills that the buyer lacks.

The assignments may also include training and transfer of skills to the buyer.
