Construction of 82 New Build Houses and Alterations to a listed former Victorian school to form offices for the Association together with all site works.

5 Contractors will be selected from completed ESPD forms.

The 5 Contractors will then participate in a quality/price selection process comprising a bill of quantities and tender forming the price element and an interview and community benefits assessment forming the quality element.

1 successful Contractor will be appointed.
