The North Karelia Procurement Department asks to submit an offer for property management work for properties located in the Rantakylä-Mutala area of Joensuu Homes starting from 08.02.2023 - 31.01.2026 + one (1) year option.

The invitation to tender includes the property management work to be carried out according to the attached documents at the Rantakylä-Mutala area of Joensuu Homes.

The service must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
