Providing services Facility Network Management and Rail Metering Manager (Services FNB-RMV) for the purpose of facilitating Free Supplier Choice (VLK) for measured traction energy for rail carriers. The FNB/RMV services enable ProRail to participate in the electronic messaging of the electricity market. As a result, measured consumption volumes of carriers can be communicated with the market parties and this enables the carriers to choose their own supplier for their measured consumption. The services are an essential part of the "machinery" needed to make VLK possible.
